Who else uses Redboard?

Our current credit union customers range in size from under $100m to over $9b. These credit unions use Redboard to manage their outsourced audits, internal audits, examinations, and monitoring/compliance activities, although most customers start with one area. Redboard's credit union customers love bragging about their results.

What training is required?

Redboard is designed to be intuitive and training-free. Most customers do not provide any training to their users. Some customers go all out and put together a one-page cheat sheet. "I've heard our front line employees actually say 'I love it. I love Redboard. It's so easy.'" – Samantha Ortiz, Del Norte Credit Union

Can I see what the product looks like?

Feel free to view our short 3 minute overview video below. We’re also happy to provide a live demo. Please contact us to set one up.

How is my data protected and secured?

Your data is always encrypted, both in transport and at rest. Redboard is hosted on Ongoing Operations’ cloud platform, which also hosts over 100 credit unions and is regularly reviewed by the NCUA.

Can I use Redboard for sensitive data during the 120-day trial period?

Credit unions have told us they consider all of their audit and compliance data to be sensitive, and that a platform like Redboard is only useful if they can utilize it with their real audit and compliance data. During the trial period, you’ll be a fully licensed organization with all of the same protections and safeguards that we provide to our normal customers.

Does that mean I need to sign a license agreement or contract?

Yes. You need to have a license agreement in place for us to provide you with the same protections that we provide our normal customers (See ‘Can I use Redboard for sensitive data during the trial period’ above). The license agreement will clearly describe the no-cost 120-day trial period. There’s no catch.

How is the trial version of Redboard different than the normal version?

There is no difference. In the trial period, you’ll have the same features and capabilities in Redboard as any other customer.

Is support included?

The trial includes our customer service and support. Be warned, we are fanatical about it. Just ask one of our customers.

How long does it take to get access?

You’ll be fully operational on Redboard within 24 hours of signing the license agreement. “It only took us two days to get up and running on Redboard.” – Ramon Davalos, VP Internal Audit, Credit Union of Southern California

Once I’m on board, can you help me to get started?

We typically help our customers plan out their first 60 days on the platform, so they can get up to speed quickly. That same level of help is included with the free trial.

If I want to continue after the trial period, what’s the cost to license Redboard?

Pricing is based on the size of your credit union. If you break down the annual investment to a per user amount, our customers invest between $1.15 and $1.50 per day per user–about the cost of a cup of coffee.

Pricing only applies after the 120-day free trial.

After the trial period, what if I want to continue but I don’t have funds available?

If necessary, we can setup a payment plan for you to defer all license costs into 2021 for budget purposes.

After the trial period, what if I want to stop?

All that’s required to cancel the license agreement within the trial period is to send us an email. To make sure that nothing slips through the cracks, we’ll schedule a call with you for 15 days before the expiration of your trial.

If I stop after the trial period, do I lose access to my data?

We don’t want any credit union to lose access to their data. If you decide to not continue with Redboard after the trial period, we’ll continue to allow you access your data for up to 60 more days.

If I’m interested in learning more, what are the next steps?

  1. Contact us. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
  2. We’ll reach out to schedule an online meeting to verify that Redboard can actually help your credit union. If it looks like Redboard could be helpful, we're happy to provide a short demo.
  3. After the online meeting, if we both agree that Redboard can help, then we’ll discuss next steps.
